VBCPS Bus sitting dangerously (and illegaly?) on train tracks

This is VBCPS school bus #235 sitting ON THE TRACKS. Not only is this dangerous, but is illegal.

 

Be reminded that Light Rail trans are extremely quiet and you may not hear the train coming.

 

While The Tide may still be under construction, it is NOT SAFE to form the habit of sitting on the tracks like this.
