Georgetown Public Policy Review

John McCabe, a second-year student at the McCourt School of Public Policy in the MPP Evening Program, serves as the associate director and policy analyst of the Free Speech Project at Georgetown University. He previously worked as a freelance reporter for Science Business and as a contract tracer during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has an extensive background in editorial publications and holds a Bachelor’s in Writing for Film and Television, with a minor in Political Science, from Emerson College.
