Georgetown Public Policy Review

As a first-year MPP student from Raleigh, North Carolina, Emma is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she focused on social and education policy with an emphasis on early childhood care and education research. She is excited to serve on the Online team at GPPR and help support dialogue within and beyond the Georgetown community by making policy research more accessible and connecting scholarship to real-world decision-making.
