David, a second-year student at the McCourt School of Public Policy in the MPP Evening Program, works as the program support administrator at the National Association of Veterans’ Research and Education Foundations (NAVREF). Originally from Austin, Texas, David lived for three years in the United Kingdom while attending the University of Cambridge to earn his Bachelor’s in Human, Social, and Political Sciences, with a focus on Political Economy. David has previously worked in the Texas State Legislature, at the U.S. State Department, and as both a Senior and Junior Editor of GPPR.
