Colonel Russell E. Coleman is the Joint Project Manager for the Medical Countermeasure Systems Joint Project Management Office headquartered at Fort Detrick, Maryland. In this role, he leads the Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) organization responsible for the development, acquisition, and fielding of Food and Drug Administration approved medical countermeasures to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats.
