Julia Andrusiak
Junior Editor, Online

Julia holds an LLB and an MSc AI for Digital Business, building an interdisciplinary foundation in law, technology, and governance. She contributed to the AI Policy Sourcebook, a global report engaging experts from nearly ninety countries, and remains committed to strengthening transatlantic dialogue on emerging technologies and their societal impact. Originally from Poland and a first-generation student with international experience, her work spans AI governance in military and security contexts, dual-use digital infrastructure, and issues of social mobility affecting international students and disadvantaged communities. She has developed legal-tech tools to improve access to support services and currently serves as a parliamentarian in Georgetown’s Graduate Student Government, reflecting her commitment to policy that is both principled and practically accessible. Outside of school, she enjoys long-distance swimming.
