Members of Project Honduras are just hours away from an early morning flight to Roatán. Making the trip down with us are several suitcases filled with school and dental supplies, which were kindly donated by friends, family, and a number of generous donors. Moreover, members of the GPPI community helped us raise $8,000 at last week’s service auction… a new record!
With the support of your donations, we are confident that this year’s trip will be a huge success. We plan to meet with the island’s residents and local officials to explore ways of improving the educational and environmental situation of the island. Please check this space–and our Facebook page –for periodic updates over the next 10 days.
Thanks you all for your support. We can’t wait to tell you more!
