Chris Lin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a focus on democratization and is currently studying homeland security at the Georgetown Public Policy Institute. Among other things, Chris has worked at the American Civil Liberties Union to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the Bureau of Industry and Security at the Department of Commerce where he helped regulate the export of dual-use technologies.
